Global Health and Wellbeing Clinical Lead, British Telecom
Mr. Greenhalgh is currently Global Health and Wellbeing Clinical Lead at BT (British Telecom) the UK’s leading telecommunications provider. Previously he was head of Employee Assistance at Accenture. He has an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy, is an accredited therapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Bruce has developed and delivered programs globally on wellbeing across all levels within multi-nationals including Accenture, BT, HSBC, Microsoft and O2. He has presented on related topics at conferences across Europe, in Asia and the USA. He has delivered to diverse audiences such as psychiatrists, corporate lawyers, wellbeing professionals and educators.
In and out of work Bruce has a keen interest in Mindfulness which he now teaches and practices in a range of diverse settings such as therapeutically, counselor training, summer schools, retreats, and for small private groups and charities. In corporate settings Bruce has integrated mindfulness training as part of wellness programs and more recently as part of executive training for senior managers. He trained to teach mindfulness on the masters program at Bangor university (wales) and is certified by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute created in Google and based in San Francisco.
Neuro-Focused Learning Professional
Ms. Jeremiah is a thought leader and speaker at international conferences in the fields of neuro-management, mindfulness and resilience in the workplace, with the emphasis on digital solutions to increase reach and lower costs. She also represents GE in the workplace working party group of the Mindfulness Initiative (the mindfulness advocacy project that produced the ‘UK Mindful Nation Report 2015’) and contributed to the writing of the ‘Building the Case for Mindfulness in the Workplace’ report.
Prior to this Debbie was a Crotonville Learning Manager within GE’s L&D Center of Expertise, managing the complete life cycle requirements for delivering leadership and professional skills classes to 25,000 GE employees across Northern Europe (2013-15).
Debbie has an Executive Masters with Distinction in NeuroLeadership from the Institute of NeuroLeadership, having undertaken pilot research within GE, exploring practical ways to improve collective intelligence, trust and engagement through changing the way teams behave in meetings.
She is a Toastmasters ‘Competent Communicator’ and is certified to deliver a range of GE Leadership Skills classes, including Presentation Skills and Influening Skills and is also a ‘Time to Think’ Thinking Environment® Transforming Meetings facilitator, teaching teams how to run smart meetings; improving thinking, outcomes and engagement.
Debbie has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies and was a Chartered Accountant for 17 years. Prior to her career change at GE, Debbie had a range of change manager and financial controllership roles, including Ferrari, Johnson & Johnson, Guide Dogs for the Blind and Symantec. She founded Cabin Fever, a luxury niche mountain log cabin travel company and was a volunteer for the youth development charity Raleigh International, helping to lead expeditions in Patagonia and Outer Mongolia.

Mr. Obukofe is an IT Programme & Project Manager, with over 30 years work experience in the IT and Telecommunication sector.
Before leaving British Telecom plc, in August 2018, Charles worked in several roles ranging from Design, Billing, Product management, HR, Sales Account Leadership in the U.K. At the age of 43 years, Charles was diagnosed with Chronic Depression and at 51years old, Charles was diagnosed with Dyspraxia.
Charles was introduced to Mindfulness in 2013 and since then has used Mindfulness meditation and living as a tool to enjoy life both at work and at home.
